Q. How can I get my video onto industry sites like Domain?

To get the most exposure from your property video, the provided URL can be loaded to industry sites such as domain.com.au, realestateview.com.au & realestate.com.au.

To load your video up, simply copy & paste the URL we provided you with into the 'Video Tour' or 'Virtual Tour' field of your back end system or bulk uploader.

Visual Domain videos benefit from additional features on Domain.com.au, such as the 'search by video' function and a play button on the hero image, to grab the attention of viewers right from the start.

Q. How can I get my video on my own website?

Once your video is approved we will provide you with a link to the video on our 'Play Page.' Click the circles icon:

Then click 'Embed'

Copy this HTML code into your website.

Q. My video just says it’s ‘buffering’ and it won’t play. Why?

Your internet speed may be slower than required to watch at HD quality.
Click on the quality icon to change to a lower quality level.

Q. I want to show my video off on social media sites like Facebook and Twitter. How can I load it on to these sites?

Visual Domain loads all approved content onto our YouTube account and provide Google SEO (search engine optimisation) so the videos can be easily found and shared online.

If you would like to load a video to your own YouTube or Facebook account we can send through video files on request. Please let us know in advance if you would not like your video made public online.

Q. I want to put my video on my iPad. Do I need another file for that?

Right click on the Podcast link and choose 'Save Link As' (Or similar).

Save the file to your local drive or desktop

Now open itunes. Go to File on menu bar and select 'Add to Library...' select the video file you saved to the local drive.

The file will now be in your 'Movies' in itunes. Now simply plug in your ipad to the usb connection and drag the file onto your ipad as you would with music.

Now when you disconnect your ipad and tap on videos on the main menu the file will be there for you to play.

Q. Why do I get a blank screen where the video should be?

You probably require the latest version of adobe flash player.

Q. My video says 'Ooops! This link is out of date.' what does this mean?

This message notifies you that the link being used has been replaced with a newer version.

You are also be given the most recent link for future use and a 'Continue' button that will take you to the given link.
